We provide appropriate, accurate and up-to-date information in formats tailored to individual needs; We make it easy for people to share feedback or raise complaints. We involve service users in decisions making and update them on any changes made in their support plans.
We aim to provide the highest quality of care to its service users, working with the most up-to-date regulations and current best practice guidelines. In order to meet the high standards expected of us, we use clear systems of accountability and good governance in the management and delivery of our services. We act on the best information about performance, outcomes and risk, and share information securely with others when appropriate.
We have developed the a framework through which we continually improving the quality of our services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in care will flourish.
We make sure that all of our staff must meet the requirements for their respective roles and responsibilities. Individuals will only be employed once they have passed all relevant safety and competence checks, including Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks, proof of qualifications and right to work, and satisfactory references.This enables Real Support Services Ltd to provide the highest possible quality of care and to keep service users safe from risks of harm.
We make sure our service users are treated with respect, dignity and compassion by maintaining a fully trained, highly motivated and well-led workforce who are familiar with their legal, contractual and ethical duties, working under the leadership of a professionally qualified and committed management team.
