We endevour to provide residences at locations that are in line with the unique needs & personal goals of our service users. Therefore, our residences provide best possible facilities to materialise the objectives enlisted in their support plans.

Service 03

Complex Care

We provide support to adults across the UK who are living with one or more conditions, such as learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health needs. Our supported living services enable individuals with complex conditions to live under our staff supervision in our supported living residences.

Learning Disabilities

We ensure our services offer person-centered care, as we are flexible in making reasonable adjustments as per the individual needs of our service users. We train our staff to have learning disability awareness, and prioritise safeguarding. Additionally, our services are aimed at promoting community-based living and independence, as outlined in the CQC guidance under, "Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture".

Adults with Autism

We aim to provide services for adults with autism to ensure they receive personalised, high-quality care. Services, such as supported living, must focus on individual needs, supporting communication, and promoting independence. We expects staff to be trained in autism awareness and to provide tailored support, using methods like Positive Behavior Support (PBS) to manage behaviors respectfully. Services are encouraged to offer smaller, community-based settings that foster inclusion and dignity, rather than institutional care.
